Yes. The shop has a wide selection of primers & undercoats, topcoats, emulsions and exterior paints. Products include adhesion primers, water‑based topcoats (such as Capacryl PU‑Satin and PU‑Gloss) and external paints for masonry, render and metal surfaces.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you have a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order requirement for general purchases, but CDTS offers free delivery for orders over £100.

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
CDTS delivers across the UK. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order; however, orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. Larger or bulkier items may incur additional charges. If you’re unsure about delivery costs to your postcode, contact the team using the details above.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within mainland UK. Orders placed before midday are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Rural and remote locations may take slightly longer. During busy periods (e.g. holidays), delivery times may extend.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
CDTS operates a 30‑day return policy. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Customers should check deliveries upon arrival to ensure items are correct and undamaged. Some goods (e.g. correctly tinted paints) are non‑returnable.

Are tinted paint products returnable?
Paints that have been tinted correctly to your chosen colour cannot be returned because they’re mixed specifically for you. Please ensure you’re satisfied with the colour before placing a tint order.

How do I return an item?
To return a product, contact the CDTS team via accounts@cdts.store or phone. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, ship the item to Central Decorating & Taping Supplies, Unit 13, 9 Munro Road, Springkerse Industrial Estate, Stirling, FK7 7XQ. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable service for items over £75.

How will I receive my refund?
After CDTS receives and inspects your returned item, they’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your card provider and bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item?
CDTS offers exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email accounts@cdts.store to arrange a replacement.

Do you accept returns on sale items?
No. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

Bring in a sample of the colour you’d like to match, or provide the colour code from another brand, and CDTS will replicate it using Caparol’s tinting system. The service is free of charge and allows you to create unique shades or match existing décor.

Can you match competitor paint colours?
Yes. CDTS uses advanced colour‑matching tools to reproduce colours from competitors’ paint charts or physical samples. The resulting paint is mixed with Caparol products, so you enjoy Caparol’s performance while achieving your desired hue.

Can I order a sample pot?
Sample pots are available for many Caparol products. They allow you to test colours and finishes before committing to larger quantities. Contact the store to request sample sizes.
